- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Mark Rutley is the most brilliant and wonderful dentist I have ever been to in my life! I live in New York and I was in San Diego on a business trip in a lot of pain when I landed on a Sunday and he took me in the afternoon on an emergency visit. As it turned out I thought it was just a cavity instead it was two cavities, two crowns, and three teeth restorations that needed to be done to get me back in shape without hurting as much as I have been for such a long time!!! Unbelievable but true! Dr. Mark and his staff are over-the-top! I now have rock stars in the world of dentistry and the world of wonderful people!December 23, 2016by Lou Manna
